Educate your lawmakers on the importance of innovation in job creation and building the economy. Join the Innovation Coalition, a national network of technology and entrepreneurial associations, for the 2012 Fly-In Day. Members of the Innovation Coalition and innovation leaders from around the country will:
- -meet with policy makers to discuss initiatives in key research and technology sectors
- -emphasize the role innovation plays in creating a thriving economy
- -brief lawmakers and their staffs about the innovation process and the important role that innovation can play in job creation and economic growth

are joining forces to educate Congress about innovation--and each of these associations extend a cordial invitation to you to attend the 2012 Innovation Coalition Legislative Fly-in on May 23rd in Washington, D.C.
The 2012 Fly-In will be held on May 23rd. The day begins with breakfast at the Reserve Officers Association Minuteman Ballroom in the Minuteman Memorial Building, where lawmakers and their staffs will then be briefed about the innovation process and why innovation is so important in creating a thriving economy. The afternoon can then be spent in individual meetings with legislative representatives and their staffs. We encourage you to make your appointments now to visit your Congressional delegates. Participants are responsible for making their individual appointments.
A Welcome Reception on Capitol Hill will be held at 4:30 p.m.
