Washington Summit
This conference is open to organizations and their directors, managers, government relations managers, lobbyists and other representatives with an interest in doing business with the federal government and features in-depth panels and workshops.
BioParks Conference
Held prior to the opening of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) Annual Meeting, BioParks is a special one-day conference focusing on the trends and issues affecting biotechnology research parks.
Annual Conference
AURP's major conference is the principal annual event that brings together research park officials and other experts from around the world. The 2 1/2 day annual conference provides a unique opportunity to share expertise and experiences with seasoned research park directors and technology development managers. Special sessions also address the needs of those now embarking on research park or technology incubator planning. Held in a variety of locations, the conference includes on-site tours of active parks and incubators.
Regional Focus Groups
Focus group meetings are the result of regional AURP members gathering to discuss common problems and to share solutions with one another. These meetings are generally a day or two in length and are coordinated by the regional members.
Networking
Members are able to contact research park experts through AURP's membership database, at the conferences, and by referral from AURP's office.

This database is a source of AURP member contact information, is searchable, and is updated on a monthly basis.
AURP University Research Park Profile 2006
This reference guide is available to all AURP members free of charge. It profiles the industry and includes a directory of responding North American and Canadian parks and an analysis of the industry scope and economic impact.
The Research Park Forum
AURP's member newsletter is published quarterly to keep members current on developments in the research park industry. The newsletter contains: Feature Articles, Park News, Research Park Statistics, Association News, Member News, New Member Listings, and Calendar of Events.

Washington, DC, Presence
AURP's office is located just outside of the nation's capital. This gives the association and its members the opportunity to interact with those who make federal policy. AURP is in an ideal position to monitor federal legislative activity affecting those in the research park and technology incubator fields.
International Involvement
AURP has members in numerous countries. You can interact with leading international consultants, research and science park directors and university administrators. AURP members from around the world work together to promote research park development. You will find that AURP membership has no geographic borders. AURP has the brightest minds in the research park field that contribute speeches and educational seminars and forge the long-term relationships that are priceless in value. AURP has developed a cooperative relationship with the International Association of Science Parks (IASP) to facilitate an exchange of information throughout the world.
