Information & Fees
Payment is in U. S. dollars, payable to AURP. Payment must follow all faxed registrations. No one will be admitted to the conference without payment. Fill out a registration form for each attendee.

Registrations received prior to February 6, 2009 qualify for the reduced early registration fee.

Registration & Cancellation Policy:
- Registrations may not be shared by two or more individuals and are not transferable.
- Space is limited and onsite registration cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellation scheduled:
Cancellations received from January 23rd through February 6th - $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received from February 7th through February 15th - $200 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued after February 16th.
- All requests for cancellation must be received in writing.
